By using FoundReel ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FoundReel provides AI-powered audio transcription, transliteration, and subtitle generation services. The Service supports file uploads and YouTube URL transcription.

3. User Responsibilities

You must have the legal right to transcribe any audio or video content you submit.
By using the YouTube transcription feature, you confirm you have the right to transcribe the provided content.
You must not use the Service to transcribe content you do not own or have explicit permission to use.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload or transcribe.

4. Prohibited Uses

Transcribing copyrighted content without permission
Using the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempting to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

5. Payments and Refunds

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly at ₹499. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Refunds are not provided for partial months. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime or transcription errors.

7. Data and Privacy

Uploaded audio files are processed and immediately deleted after transcription. We do not store your audio files. Transcription history is stored securely and accessible only to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

FoundReel is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including transcription errors, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
