Is the music really safe for Instagram Reels and YouTube?
Free tracks in our library are uploaded for creator use on Reels and YouTube. Premium tracks require Music Library Pro. Always credit when required and check each track’s description in the library.
How do I create a Reel from photos?
Go to
Create Reel, upload 3–5 photos, add your text, pick optional music, and download your 9:16 MP4 with burned subtitles.
Why is there a watermark on my free Reel?
Free Reels include a small FoundReel watermark and are limited to 10 seconds and 3 photos. Upgrade any paid plan to unlock longer Reels without a watermark.
Which languages does transcription support?
Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, and 90+ languages via OpenAI Whisper. Hinglish transliteration is available for Hindi audio.
Payment failed or I was charged twice
Payments run through Razorpay. If verification failed after payment, email us with your Razorpay payment ID — we’ll activate your plan manually.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel anytime from Settings. Refunds for partial months are not provided — see our
Terms of Service for details.
What’s the difference between the app and Reels Done For You?
FoundReel is DIY — you upload and we give tools (SRT, burn, Reel generator).
Reels Done For You is a done-for-you studio service where we deliver finished Reels.
